What are the creation times?

Creation time is 1 to 21 days depending on the number of current orders and material supplies. Each case is handcrafted with care, so thank you for your patience! 🌷

What are the delivery times?

Delivery is via Colissimo within 2 to 4 working days after shipment. I only deliver in mainland France.

How to place an order?

For custom cases, you directly select your options (photo, customizations...) before adding to the cart. For freestyle cases, these are already finished cases ready to be shipped, you place your order normally and I take care of the shipment. It's simple! ☁️

What phone models are compatible?

I work with iPhone, Samsung, Xiaomi, and Redmi models. If your model is not offered, you can select "Other model" when ordering. In this case, a 5€ surcharge applies, and the creation time will be a minimum of 7 days.

What type of character or celebrity can you make?

I can do anything! Cartoon characters, manga, webtoon, K-pop artists, rappers, footballers, YouTubers, streamers, influencers... And of course personal photos: pet, couple, best friend, family. If you love it, I can create it. 💞

Will I see my case before it's sent?

Yes! I'll send you a photo of your finished case before shipping it, so you can see the result. 🌷

Are the cases sturdy?

Absolutely! The charms and photos are immersed in non-toxic UV resin, hand-poured, which ensures optimal solidity. The base is a quality soft silicone case. You can pull on the charms, they won't budge. The case can withstand slight twisting and a drop without a problem.

How do I care for my case?

Your cases are handmade and require minimal care. Avoid water, prolonged humidity, chemicals, and excessive heat. To clean it, use the microfiber cloth provided in your package, dry or slightly damp. Avoid twisting the case forcefully.

Are returns and refunds possible?

As each case is custom-made, returns and refunds are not possible except in case of an error on my part. In case of a problem related to the carrier, I am unfortunately unable to remake or refund the order.

How do I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting me via the confirmation email you received after your order. Remember to include your order number! After this time, manufacturing is already underway.
